New court alert! Kingston Basketball Academy expands

New court, new opportunities

This new court is a big win for us as it will help alleviate space constraints at our Springers Leisure Centre location, allowing us to better serve our growing number of athletes.

To make the most of this new setup, we're moving a few programs over to Kingswood PS.

Here's what's moving:

Getting Started: Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays, 4.30pm-5.15pm

Up & Coming: Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays, 5.15pm-6pm

Don't worry, the times and coaches aren't changing. You'll just be hooping at a new spot!

Get ready Kingswood Primary – we're coming your way!

This new court isn't just about space; it's also about connecting with the Kingswood community and giving more young ballers the chance to develop their game. We're stoked to become a part of the local scene and help grow the sport we all love.

Elite sessions incoming

But that's not all! The additional space also allows us to introduce two new specialised sessions exclusively for our Elite students:

Shooting: Tuesdays/Wednesdays, 5pm-6pm at Kingswood Primary School

Rep Warm Up: Fridays 4.30pm-6pm at Springers Leisure Centre (Designed for players with a game that night – perfect for getting those shots up beforehand)

These new programs are in addition to regular training sessions and do not count as a training session for Kingston team players.

Close the Gap sessions are getting a major upgrade

You heard right! We're bumping up the Close the Gap sessions from 45 minutes to a full 1.5 hours! That's double the time to hone your skills and make that leap to the elite sessions a whole lot easier. More time on the court, more reps, more improvement – you know the drill!
