K14+ SESSIONS
K14 + SESSIONS are designed for the 14+ crowd, offering a unique training space, just for them.
Training with elite athletes in your age group means you can soak up all their juicy insights and motivation.
MIX IT UP
For those looking to really amp it up, we offer the option to customise your training. Combine your shooting with our handles & finishes camps for the ultimate training experience.
THE DEETS
KINGSTON CAMPS are 5.5 hours long. They are suitable for athletes at an intermediate or elite level, all ages.
K14+ SESSIONS are 2.5 hours long. They are suitable for elite athletes strictly 14+ years.
LOCATIONS
Keysborough Camps/K14+ sessions Springers Leisure Centre, 400 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough.
Dingley Village K14+ sessions Kingswood Primary School, Plaza Crescent, Dingley Village.
WHAT TO BRING
Athletes are required to bring along a drink bottle and towel. Those attending camps need to bring lunch.
