Service Description

Elite Trials are intended for domestic A-grade players and those at a higher level. To make sure everything goes smoothly for both coaches and students, if you're not playing at the A-grade level (or above) right now, no worries — just book an Up & Coming trial instead. Please specify in the message field which day you will attend your free trial session during the week starting Monday 20 April. Our Elite program aims to develop professional level training habits, performance, endurance and conditioning. Be prepared to be pushed to the limits both physical and mentally. Athletes will go through a series of focused and intense skills sessions covering: • Elite level ball handling • Specialist shooting • Footwork • Defence drills • Advanced finishes • Decision making • Fitness The Elite program runs Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 6pm. No training 8 June, due to King's Birthday public holiday
