Service Description

Elite Trials are intended for domestic A-grade players and those at a higher level. To make sure everything goes smoothly for both coaches and students, if you're not playing at the A-grade level (or above) right now, no worries — just book an Up & Coming trial instead. Please specify in the message field which day you will attend your free trial session during the week starting Monday 2 February. Our Elite program aims to develop professional level training habits, performance, endurance and conditioning. Be prepared to be pushed to the limits both physical and mentally. Athletes will go through a series of focused and intense skills sessions covering: • Elite level ball handling • Specialist shooting • Footwork • Defence drills • Advanced finishes • Decision making • Fitness The Elite program runs Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 6pm. No training 9 March, due to Labour Day public holiday
