Elite Training - TUESDAYS

Service Description

Our Elite program aims to develop professional level training habits, performance, endurance and conditioning. Be prepared to be pushed to the limits both physical and mentally. Athletes will go through a series of focused and intense skills sessions covering: • Elite level ball handling • Specialist shooting • Footwork • Defence drills • Advanced finishes • Decision making • Fitness The Elite program runs Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 6pm. You can book 2 sessions per week when selecting price options in bookings. Please tell us what other day you will attend in the message field. New students: $35 enrolment fee (includes Kingston Basketball Academy training singlet) Any make up classes to be made up during Term 1, 2026
