Our all-new K14 + SESSIONS are designed for the 14+ crowd, offering a unique training space, just for them.
Training with elite athletes in your age group means you can soak up all their juicy insights and motivation.
Unlike the classic 2-day KAMPS, our K14+ SESSIONS run for 2.5-hours, three times a week. To secure a spot, participants are required to register for the entire week.
Limited spots available & bookings are essential.
The deets
KINGSTON KAMPS (run over two days) are 5.5 hours long. They are suitable for different athletic stages - elite and juniors, 9-13 years.
K14+ SESSIONS (run over three days) are 2.5 hours long. They are suitable for elite athletes strictly 14+ years.
