Service Description
Develop professional level training habits, performance, endurance and conditioning. Be prepared to be pushed to the limits both physical and mentally. Athletes will go through a series of focused and intense skills sessions covering: • Elite level ball handling • Specialist shooting • Footwork • Defence drills • Advanced finishes • Decision making • Fitness Monday to Thursday from 6.45pm to 8.30pm. You can book 2 sessions per week when selecting price options in bookings. Please tell us what other day you will attend in the message field. Any make up classes to be made up during Term 1, 2026
